Chuck Timely & the Hourglass

Tucker Pillsbury steps out of his bedroom pop shell on Chuck Timely & the Hourglass, a concept album released August 7, 2026. The project introduces Chuck Timely, a time-traveling mechanic who navigates themes of memory and regret through a lens of vintage rock and orchestral pop. Released via Interscope Records and Polydor, the record marks a shift toward cinematic storytelling with lush arrangements featuring glockenspiels, banjos, and sitars.

The production team of Taylor Mackall, Kane Ritchotte, and Mason Stoops crafted a warm, theatrical soundscape that balances irony with sincerity. This approach moves away from the intimacy of previous releases to embrace grander narratives about love and missed opportunities. Promotional efforts included retro-style acquaintance cards and a dedicated Instagram account for the character, grounding the fictional persona in a tangible reality. [modifier]
