Rainwater, who manages Mo3, is putting Boosie above 2Pac on the all-time street rapper list. His reasoning: nobody has been through more, prison and the feds included, and Boosie never folded. He even brings up Boosie telling Dwyane Wade not to cut his son. Calling him the number one hip hop artist and street rapper of all time is a wild take but he's standing on it

Boosie is the biggest street rapper that we've ever seen in the history. I believe Boosie should be over pop because nobody has been through more shit than Boosie. Boosie is undefeated. Boosie have defeated prison, the feds, council, and all the tribulations that we've ever seen him go through. Boosie will go down as the number one hip hop artist, street rapper of all time. Nobody has been over shit over Boosie. We ain't never seen Boosie do one flower. We have seen Boosie with his back against the wall with the LPG and the gay people have talked so much about him. Boosie told Dwyane Wade, don't cut your son.
