par Gigliola: Self-Improvement
So many people are bought into the victim mentality that they'll usually go to these buzzwords. I've applied to 100 jobs, but did you or did you click apply all? That's not an application. You put zero critical thinking into trying to achieve the outcome you want. There isn't much empathy for how many people think about solving the problem of the person who can solve their problem. I literally don't know anyone that has made content about improving their skill set that hasn't got a job. If you're genuinely valuable, you will get hired. Things fucking change, bro. You're not a tree. Move.

So many people are bought into the victim mentality that they'll usually go to these buzzwords, right? They'll be like, oh, I've applied to a hundred jobs. It's like, motherfucker, you clicked apply all. That's not an application. You didn't apply yourself to the application. Like, why would I try to hire you? Right? Like, I've tried to mentor young people that were trying to get jobs. And I looked at the things that they were doing and I'm like, you've put zero critical thinking into trying to achieve the outcome you want. Literally nothing. Like, there's not much empathy, right? Like how many people think about solving the problem of the person who can solve their problem? How often is that done? Right. And much like I said on the show for a long period of time is like, I don't know anyone. I literally don't know anyone that has made content about improving their skill set that hasn't got a job. Right. I literally don't know a single person. So if you're, if you're genuinely consistently creating content, but what you're trying to do and you're genuinely valuable, like you will get hired. So it's hard. Don't get me wrong, but it's not fair to be like, I want it to be like yesterday. Do you know what I'm saying? Like where you could apply to a job that way. Like things fucking change, bro. You're not a tree. Move.
