Suzhou waitress slashed by delivery person

Reports out of Suzhou say a waitress was attacked with a knife by a delivery person, with wounds to her face and throat. There are apparently complaints about multiple similar incidents in China where small arguments turn into stabbings. Hard to wrap my head around how quickly things escalate there.
