Neymar says his prime was at PSG

Plenty of people picture Neymar at his Barcelona best, running with the MSN. His own read goes the other way: "For me, my prime was at Paris Saint-Germain. There I was already strong, fast, intelligent and knew the whole field." So the popular memory and the man himself don't line up. Where do you sit, PSG Ney or Barça Ney?
