DAVO's message to Neymar

DAVO didn't lead with the highlights. He led with a correction: anyone who wanted Neymar to be more than what he was, in his words, doesn't understand anything. What he actually was, per the Argentine streamer: the player a whole generation of football fans grew up on, the one everybody wanted to be and wanted to play like. The love, DAVO says, is mad. He flags his own passport while saying it too, because loving Neymar football-wise as an Argentine is the whole point. Santos, Barça, PSG, all of them named as stops where the man made people deeply happy. A whole career of watching him, DAVO adds, was something he enjoyed enormously. Then the request, plain as it gets: can I hug you? Thank you. And the closing line is the one that sticks. Magic, joy, moments you keep for life. Football will always owe him one. 🇧🇷
