Jottapê self-grades 8 after mandate

Jottapê gets asked by Galisteu if he thinks his mandate was good. He says he tried to give his best, notes it's a hard feeling to achieve, and is very at peace with what happened. When pressed on a self-grade, Jottapê gives himself an 8 but points out there's always room for improvement. The whole exchange happens under the ProvaDoFazendeiro tag.
