Tshisekedi watches Kabila address DRC

Everything is staged at présidence_rdc for a JOSEPH KABILA KABANGE address, and FÉLIX TSHISEKEDI is already parked in front of a TV waiting on it. 2025, and the setup mirrors how it went before. The speech is billed as long-awaited, from the man who once handed over power to Tshisekedi. That handover came despite ingratitude, per the read on the relationship. Whoever is feeding this sits near the DRC presidency.
