NEOM stadium 2034 World Cup

Saudi Arabia might be dropping the NEOM stadium from the 2034 World Cup plans entirely. RMC Sport says construction delays and budget cuts are putting the future of this €2.5 billion venue in serious doubt. The design was built to hold 46,000 fans inside a structure that defies normal logic. One of the most ambitious projects for the tournament involved suspending the whole thing 350 METERS high above The Line, Saudi Arabia's futuristic linear city. This potential cancellation marks the end of an architectural feat that promised to redefine how stadiums interact with urban landscapes.
