Casey Affleck Christopher Nolan Tenet debate

Casey Affleck admits he once called Christopher Nolan just to settle a disagreement about Tenet while driving his son home from school. The pair ended up asking the director something they could have easily looked up on Reddit themselves. After hearing Nolan's clear explanation, Affleck felt embarrassed that the answer sounded so obvious only once it was spoken out loud. This incident happened despite the two having already collaborated on Interstellar and Oppenheimer. Affleck notes that he hasn't picked up the phone to call Nolan again since that moment. #CaseyAffleck
