The Philippines, Mexico and Jamaica all sit at 16. Trinidad and Tobago at 14. Germany and Australia each at 11. Italy at 10. Pakistan at 8. Poland, Bangladesh and Ireland each at 6. Portugal, Israel and Peru each at 5. Then nine countries at 3: France, China, Brazil, Malaysia, Chile, Ecuador, Romania, Lebanon and Guyana.
