The whole Grok Bot workday runs on loops instead of prompts inside grok-bot-system. That folder splits into coordinator and bot-contract. Coordinator holds triage, delegate, watch-handoffs, collect-deliverable, and escalate-only-if-needed folders. Bot-contract keeps job and sources organized.
