Microsoft is locking R18+ games on Xbox and PC in Australia behind age checks starting late August. You’ll need email, ID, facial scan, or a credit card just to buy or play. They say it’s to follow local law. Privacy advocates are already uneasy. Is this a fair guardrail or straight-up overreach?
