Zelensky is calling it: Russia can't fight this war on its own anymore. Overnight, a strike hit Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk, killing 10 people, a 15-year-old boy among them. Ukraine says the missiles were North Korean, and intelligence now puts a North Korean missile unit in Russia's Voronezh region holding around 120 ballistic missiles. On top of that, another 30,000 troops are expected for a planned winter assault. The real danger? Ukraine is running low on Patriot interceptors, the only thing it has against these missiles. The ISW warns that those gaps let Russia do serious damage this winter and drag the war out. Putin picked the wrong war and now needs Kim Jong-Boom to finish it.
