Lagos, Nigeria takes the top spot, then Kinshasa, DRC and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania right behind it. Mumbai, Delhi, Khartoum, Niamey, Dhaka, Kolkata, Kabul, Karachi, Nairobi, Lilongwe, Blantyre, Cairo, Kampala, Manila all made the cut too, Africa and Asia running the show.
