Ronald Exantus is out of Kentucky prison after serving half his sentence, and there's no requirement that he be committed to a mental facility. Before this, he was caught living near an elementary school in Central Florida because he didn't register as a felon. Marion County handled that situation quickly, but now Logan Tipton's family is left with permanent trauma after he attacked them in the night. Logan only got six years of life, and this is what a soft-on-crime system can lead to.
