Desiigner, who is known for the song “Panda,” was arrested in South Carolina on a charge of second-degree domestic violence. According to the police report, the rapper destroyed his girlfriend's phones. He then allegedly damaged a neighbor's vehicle and windows after she had gone there seeking assistance. #Desiigner
