Three-time U.S. Olympian David Hearn, age 67, was arrested on Friday by U.S. Park Police. The American canoe slalom competitor, who represented the country in the 1992, 1996, and 2000 Olympic Games, is accused of vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.
