A class action lawsuit against WWE was filed back in January, accusing the company of deceptive marketing tied to PLE access on ESPN Unlimited. Today brought a new development: the plaintiffs have filed a motion requesting that discovery not be paused, arguing that WWE cannot be trusted to preserve evidence.
