    Bungie announces Destiny 2 unvaulting

@vitor.gamedayAfter Monument of Triumph landed as the final scheduled live-service update back on June 9, Bungie just flipped the script entirely. The studio confirmed that vaulted campaigns, destinations, and raids are finally returning to every single player. They explicitly stated they are not done with Destiny, outlining plans for more stories and additional games down the line. There is no official word yet on a Destiny 3 title though. This isn't something happening instantly either; getting this content back requires a full rebuild for the current game engine. That means lighting, encounters, combatants, and all the underlying systems need fresh updates before they can be unvaulted. More specific details about how this unvaulting process will actually play out are expected to drop over the coming months.

    À propos de cette photo

Three armored figures stand on rocky terrain, holding weapons. The figures are the focus, depicted in a video game art style. The background features a desolate, alien landscape with a tall, red tower and a fortified structure. The mood is epic and adventurous. The central figure wears a hooded cloak and a mask resembling a skull.
