@acissedAMC Theaters, capitalizing on its popularity, is launching its own foreign‑language distribution label to bring these films to the big screens. Now AMC Theaters is not just a place where you can watch movies. Now they will be creating films themselves or helping small or medium‑sized films get onto the big screens. AMC, founded on August 31, 2026, launched Leawood Films — that’s what I was talking about. In a press release, AMC Entertainment Chairman and CEO Adam Aron noted the growing interest of moviegoers in independent films. “Ultimately, audiences consistently demonstrate interest in a wide variety of film content, and we believe there are still many outstanding films that deserve the opportunity to reach the big screen. We believe that with Leawood Films, we can bring real value to filmmakers whose films might otherwise not make it to the big screen.” — Adam Aron “Leawood Films is being created with a simple goal, given that there is a significant surplus of production capacity in the film industry: to show more films in cinemas. If we can ensure that several additional films appear in cinemas each year, this will benefit AMC in the US and Odeon in Europe, as well as our fellow distributors” — Adam Aron Markiplier also approached YouTube with the idea of distributing independent films on its platform, thanks to which AMC became yet another major entertainment company that listens to the changing demands of its audience. Well, it’s not really a surprise. This year, many popular low‑budget films were released. source. - https://t.me/TP_Game_News

A young boy walks past a fountain in front of an AMC theater. The fountain is lit with pink and purple lights, and water jets spray into the air. A large Christmas tree stands to the left of the fountain, decorated with ornaments and a star on top. The theater facade features large movie posters and the glowing "amc" logo. The mood is festive and cinematic.
