A large white spherical structure floats partially submerged in open ocean water under a bright blue sky with scattered clouds. The object features an American flag, a Panthalassa logo, and multiple measurement markings with depth indicators. Red cables and antennas are visible on its surface. The mood is technical and industrial, resembling a piece of ocean engineering equipment. On-screen text at the bottom reads "SPACE AND TECHNOLOGY" above the headline "Oregon-based Panthalassa develops wave-powered floating AI data centers" with "wave-powered" and "floating" highlighted in yellow.
